The fully automatic EV plug production line at Workerbsee is not only a fully automated process that automates the cutting of EV cables, assembly of EV plug shells, and other production equipment but also has an automatic visual inspection system.
The integrity of automated production and inspection is guaranteed on the same production line. This ensures the quality of the product. Of course, this is only a preliminary automated inspection. Each EV plug will go through more than 100 inspections such as manual review and plugging and unplugging experiments. Sampling tests such as waterproofing will also be carried out.
